Job Duties:

  • Build and nurture the working relationships with the key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide effective HR advisory and support to talent acquisition, rewards, employee relations and engagement.
  • Work closely with COEs on performance management, succession planning, etc

Requirements:

  • Degree in business / HR or other related discipline
  • 15+ years of proven relevant experience in HR. Prior working experience with MNC and retail industries will be an asset
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, etc.
